Are there any LEGO Black Myth Wukong Sets? – You May Forget the LEGO 80039 set

Black Myth: Wukong has been absent for a long time! Did you get an opportunity to play it? I learned that LEGO published the LEGO The Heavenly Realms 80039 set in 2022, even if I haven't tried it myself. For a better experience, I suggest this kit to LEGO enthusiasts to play with the game; I'm confident it will provide unheard-of fun!

Minifigures

First, allow me to introduce you to some of the LEGO Monkie Kid The Heavenly Realms 80039 minifigures. I genuinely love the Monkie Kid minifigure!

Eight minifigures and one dog are included. The remaining minifigures are exclusive, and their secondary market prices are not low, except for Qi Xiaotian, who poses as a tourist. However, that is rather typical for LEGO.

Size

When fully completed, the set is 53 by 40 cm in length and breadth and 37 cm in height. It is a vast showcase item.

Characters

There are four distinct scenes in total, each featuring two minifigures. Let's begin with Wukong, the protagonist of Black Myth (the set includes three different versions of him).

Bimawen (Stable Attendant)

The look on this mini-figures face depicts him snatching a delicious peach. His legs are covered in cloth that extends the robe, and he is dressed in an official robe with a horse insignia on the front. The robe stands out thanks to the golden cloud designs covering the crimson cloth.

Sun Xingzhe (Pilgrim Sun)

The design of this character is similar to that of other versions seen in various sets. His head displays the recognizable "Fiery Golden Eyes," emphasized by gold-printed eyes and a soot-covered face. He is shown as having just emerged from the alchemy furnace. Although his double-sided face goes well with Bimawen's look, it's odd that he's still dressed and wearing boots after exiting the stove.

Great Sage Equal to Heaven

This mini-figures exquisitely crafted armor, which includes golden shoulder pads, makes it unique. The back of the cape has elaborate printing as well. As seen in the first image, he holds a banner that reads "Great Sage Equal to Heaven" on his left and the Ruyi Jingu Bang (Golden-Hooped Staff) in his right hand. Overall, it has an intimidating appearance. It would be the ideal configuration if arm printing were included as well.

Erlang Shen

His double-sided visage has two expressions, one with his third eye open and the other closed, and his hairpiece is a brand-new dual-molded piece. As befits the dog-loving god, his armor is mostly black, yellow, and purple, with a paw print on the back and a dog insignia on the front. He has a black cape and shoulder pad, but I think the Great Sage Equal to Heaven's look is a little more striking. He also has a well-replicated trident weapon.

Xiaotianquan (Howling Celestial Dog)

This black dog's head is adorned with gold accents, representing its third eye.

Nezha

Since Nezha is portrayed as a child in The Heavenly Realms set, he has immobile short legs. On the other hand, the Nezha's Fire Ring Mech 80034 set features an adult version. His body appears to have the same armor printing in both versions. However, his legs are not printed in the Heavenly Realms version. The fire-tipped spear is accurately modeled utilizing a flag piece, and the purple shoulder armor looks good when used with the Hun Tian Ling (Red Armillary Sash).

Taishang Laojun

The white headgear is identical to Erlang Shen's. Exuding an aura of unparalleled power and wisdom, he holds a fly-whisk while sporting double-layered golden shoulder armor, white hair, and a white beard. A Taiji (Yin-Yang) sign is printed on the back of his robe.

Fairy of the Peach Garden

She mostly wears purple clothing with intricate embroidery. Her hair is pretty complicated, with braids, and the skirt has purple sections. Her expression first was similar to Long Xiaojiao's.

Qi Xiaotian

Qi Xiaotian, who is merely here for a picture, is armed with a selfie stick and a laughing face. He is wearing a standard backpack, and the phone's screen is printed in great detail. Even though he appears in almost every LEGO Monkie Kid set, his prints are always entertaining and eye-catching.

This concludes by introducing all eight minifigures in the LEGO Monkie Kid The Heavenly Realms 80039 kit. What is your favorite?

Wukong Series from Mocmodel

Regretfully, the LEGO The Heavenly Realms 80039 kit is no longer available for purchase on the LEGO website since it is now a defunct product.

The good news is that Mecha-Monkey King 70150 and The Fake Monkey King 70151, two mecha sets with a Wukong motif, are also available at Mocmodel.

It's difficult to distinguish between these two mecha sets—True/Fake Wukong—because of their strikingly identical design characteristics. The Buddha was the one who told the readers the truth in the original tale. Can you solve it?
